Tracie M. Kester

Tracie was born in Adams, Massachusetts and lived in Berkshire County until 1996. Tracie has lived in Westfield since 2001. She has been at ADM since 2000, first as a paralegal, and then as a law clerk while she attended law school. Tracie was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2007, to the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts in 2007, and to the Connecticut bar in 2008.

Tracie received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Elms College in 2001 and her J.D., magna cum laude, in 2007 from Western New England College School of Law. She was a member of the editorial board of the Western New England Law Review in 2006 and was a Symposium Editor of the Review in 2007. Her article "Can the Dead Hand Control the Dead Body? The Case for a Uniform Bodily Remains Law" was published in Volume 29, Issue 2 of the Western New England Law Review and won the 2006 William J. Tracie is an instructor for both the pre-licensing salesperson course and the broker course at the Realtor® Association of Pioneer Valley. She is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Westfield.

Her practice areas include business and corporate law, commercial and residential real estate, family law and domestic relations, estate planning and elder law, and civil litigation.
